1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly with our “Track Your Order” page.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing them. After this time, we usually cannot make changes, as orders are processed quickly. If your order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you may return the item once it arrives.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we currently operate as an online-only store. This allows us to keep prices fair and shipping efficient. We do, however, offer free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

What size should I order?

This bag is available in one size, designed to be practical and versatile for everyday use. The dimensions of our Essential Tote are 16.8 × 12.6 × 6.45 in (42.7 × 32 × 16.4 cm).

What is the material of this product?

This product is made from PU leather (vegan leather) with quilted stitching. PU leather is durable, lightweight, and easy to maintain, while also being cruelty-free.

How do I care for this product?

To keep your bag in great condition, simply wipe it with a soft, damp cloth when needed. Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, or soaking the material in water. If the bag gets wet, allow it to air-dry naturally. Never use a hairdryer or direct heat, as this can cause the material to warp or crack. For best results, store your bag in a cool, dry place away from prolonged sunlight.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Do you offer installment payment options?

No, at this time we do not offer installment or split payment options. All purchases must be paid in full at checkout.
